Valuations (Level 1) are general descriptions of the property and are usually carried out for lending, probate, matrimonial, financial and tax purposes.

HomeBuyers Reports (Level 2) is an RICS approved format and covers urgent and significant problems, It is not suitable for pre-1850 properties where a more detailed Building Survey might be more appropriate.

Building Surveys (Level 3) are detailed reports normally undertaken on older or extensively altered properties and looks at readily areas accessible without risk of damage to its fabric
